You'll have room to spread out in this expansive family style country
home. Shannon's Serenity is located in a rural area of "up country" Kauai surrounded by rolling pastures. Just a few short minutes and three miles above the town of Kapaa on Kauai's east side, Kapaa is the center of the Island which makes it a convenient launching point for planning your adventures to either the North or South side of the Island. The lovely landscaped gardens
have tropical fruit, macadamia nut and flowers which we invite you to pick and enjoy during your stay. The family
room has views of Mt. Waialeale, the wettest spot on earth.
The
ranch style home has cathedral open beam ceilings featuring
cedar paneling. The home has an office with high speed internet hookup,
laundry facilities, a fully equipped kitchen, open living/dining room with teak floors
and a fireplace in the living room. There is a large family
room with teak floors which opens to a screened lanai.
There are three bedrooms with two king "heavenly beds" (pillow top mattresses) and two twin beds, and two baths. All beds feature luxurious high thread count linens and 100% down pillows.
Shannon's Serenity is just 15 minutes from the Lihue airport and three miles to white sand beaches,
golf and an abundance of restaurants and shopping. Shannon's Serenity is a non-smoking
vacation rental.
